Wonderful Tuna Recipe!! Easy and delish!!
(SERVES 5) INGREDIENTS: 1 green or red apple, unpeeled 1 tbsp lemon juice 150g (4 oz) water packed canned tuna (albacore is the best) drained and flaked 1 tbsp chopped pickle 1 tbsp chopped pimento (this can be found in cans) 20g (1/2 oz) raw cabbage shredded finely OR 50 g (2 oz) cucumber, chopped 85g (3 oz) celery, finely chopped lettuce, to serve TO GARNISH: green beans, cooked and chopped celery, diced radishes, diced pimento and/or tomato PREPERATION: Mix all ingredients together and serve on a bed of lettuce. Use the following to garnish this dish. CALORIES PER PORTION: 48 PROTEIN PER PORTION: 8g FAT CONTENT: 0g CARBS: 4g Hope you like this!! I made it and it was a hit! J
