Post Meal in a minute - breakfast

No excuse breakfast! Quick to prepare. Healthy!

In a small bowl, scramble 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute (you can also just take the yolks out of the eggs instead of buying the substitute)
Microwave for about 1 minute - I PERSONALLY prefer to cook the eggs in a pan. They get so much better. Sprinkle with a little bit of butter substitute like Mrs. Dash.

In a seperate bowl, top 1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal with about 1/2 cup of skim milk. Serve with half a grapefruit!

Eggs have protein in them themselves.

I did try eggs with a bit of tuna in them once and some chopped green peppers with a dash of dried chili peppers, and some tomatoe sauce. It doesn't sound appetizing, but it sure did do the trick. I got my protein from it and a good breakfast. Add in some toast and OJ, and you got yourself a quick breakfast!

Im taking a break from eggs myself... it got to the point where they were taking up too much fridge space! This morning I mixed a couple scoops of choco whey into some Mrs Butterworths pancake mix. Then I covered them with some lite maple syrup and they were great!

MMMMMMMM... Biscuts and gravy!!! But to take that combo to the next level you need to throw in a country-fried steak and some eggs on the side and then you have a frickin' meal!!!!!!

omlette recipe, thats nice and easy.
tuna, mixed with chopped tomatoes and a little chuckney. put that in the omlette, taists gooood!

another filling chopped peppers,(red ,green) mushrooms, onions. slice up some ham or beef. mix all of them and throw that in. <img border="0" alt="[inlove]" title="" src="graemlins/inlove.gif" />

health omlette. <img border="0" alt="[dance]" title="" src="graemlins/dance.gif" />
egg whites, cook the omlette then spread cottage cheese and honey on. its an aquired taist, but very nice.you can also substatute the cottage chees and honey for some strawberry jam!
