Its been awhile since I posted a recipe fro you guys.
1 pound lean ground beef 1 diced onion 1 diced green pepper 3 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp cumin 1 8oz can tomato sauce small handfull of raisins small handfull of green olives salt and pepper Olive oil Saute the onion, green pepper, garlic and set aside. Cook the ground beef till done, drain the excess fat. Add all the ingreidients together and cook on low heat for about 20-30 min. It will thicken up a bit. If you like it moist add more tomato sauce. You can sub the ground beef for turkey or chicken. Enjoy!
