Here you go juicygirl, I thought seeing as you helped me out with some beautifull recipes i thought id post a recipe for you.

It's a fairly nice dish so give it a go my friend. Im shore yours will taste better than mine .

I hope other members enjoy as well.

Nutritional Totals Per Serving (I/4 recipe):
Yield: 2 to 4 Servings

Calories: 225
Protein: 17.1g
Sodium 181mg
Carbohydrate: 34.0g
Fat: 2.4g
Cholestrol: 32mg

<b>Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry</b>

Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry is a quickie classic
that tastes like you spent all day fussing over it.

1/2 cup water

4 teaspoons Tamari soy sauce

3 cups cooked brown rice

1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast

pinch of Pepper

pinch of garlic Powder

1 10 ounce package broccoli spears or florets (cooked according to package instructions and drained well)
chopped scallions

Coat a non-stick frying pan with olive oil cooking spray.
Place water, Tamari, and rice in pan.

Heat to medium high, stirring constantly.

Add chicken, Pepper and garlic. Heat through. Add broccoli. Stir until hot. Garnish with scallions.

It's officially on the menu for tomorrow night! Wish I would have seen this for tonight.. i just made my famous tuna salad. Most of the things that I make I just make up on my own. One of these days I'll have to remember what exactly I put into some of the dishes I make and share... Thanks for this one! I'll be testing it!!

If this place ever takes off, we need to make a True Muscle Cook Book with all of the members favortie recipes. Along with Shirts too, that will be cool. As soon as we start producing our own line of supplements though, I think that things will really start to blow up.

This was yummy, but I of course added my own touches to it to make it more flavorful. I added 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp of thyme to my chicken while I was stirfrying it. I substituted the olive oil with peanut oil and it added a bit of a kick. YUMMY!! J

I am glad you enjoyed it juicygirl. Ill have to try it with the extra touch ups that you done.

I have tried some of you recipes my friend and though they was great.
