Post chicken breasts! protien

this prob. sounds like a stupid ? but can somebody tell me how much protien chicken breasts have per ounce. i get about fourty chicken breasts at a time and they don't have the nutritional info. on the box. i've started my 2nd cycle and want to get enough protien.

I beleive one chicken breast has about 60 grams of protein.

WOW!!!! I always thought an averaged sized chicken breast (the size of your fist) only had about 25 grams of protein. Are you sure they have 60 grams? seems like an awful lot to me....Anyone else have any input to add??

There are 15g of protein in 71 grams of chicken breast, I suppose I must like the bigger breast If you have a scale you can weigh em to get an idea of how much protein is in each breast.
25 to 40 grams is probably the average.

8oz chicken boob has 30-35 grams. says so on my bag of boobs!!!

you re right Hoss, chicken boobies have a little over 30g of protein in them, says so right here in my health and wellness text book.

I knew it was somewhere in that neighborhood, 60 grams seemed a bit high. Thanks for the input HOSS!!!

I eat about 10-20 pounds of chicken breast a week!!

SH*T I already walk around scratching the ground with my feet, I cluck 24/7, and the worst part is I have to put my food on the ground and eat with my face....This sucks!!!!
