BW 225, BF%, your guess is as good as anyones...

I am eating over 400g P and 400g C and 150g F Just to give you a basic outline. I work my ass off at work so adding the carbs seemed to put mass on while still leaning out. They are in the form of Yams, Brown rice and Red skin potatos, oh and Barilla Plus Pasta
