off-season pics
These are after about a year of purely powerlifting moves, trying to gain more thickness, will continue through this winter and start cutting this april, weighing in at 245#'s at 5'10". arms 19 1/2" 's

My cycle for the powerlifting routine off and on has been 1 tab of drol /day, 1cc of masteron, and 1cc of tren every 3rd day, thats all, nothing too heavy duty, and absolutely no test! and growing like a weed! smallest stack i have ever done and it has given me the best results. Thanx for the positive comments! I really appreciate it, makes all the hard work seem worth it!
The routine was not a hard core bench/squat/powerlift only routine, i mixed it up with my bodybuilding movements of higher reps also, i think the deadlifts did it all for me(made myself do higher reps with maximum weight), thickness wise anyway, i have always included them in my routines, but stepped them up a notch to a more consistant "thing". i did no direct arm work the whole year and added an inch, so this goes to show you, i think alot of folks that don't get the growth they should are doing a little too much. back off a little, but most importantly, STAY CONSISTANT with your routine!~ very, very important, i would say diet is first, and consistancy is second! but they really go hand in hand, if you aren't consistant with your training, you just won't get the maximum results you could have. and people, make sure you get rest, i take advil p.m. every night, just to make sure, the better i sleep, the more i grow, when i have those restless times, for weeks or so, i just won't grow, and i have experimented with this, sleep is just so important! good luck everyone! and again, thanx for the positive comments! also, everone that has posted pics, you all look great! keep up the good work! |

i appreciate you guys taking the time and interest in my training info, i decided to go "without" test only as an experiment after talking with this huge, and i mean huge guy i met through a friend at the gym,he is a pro bb, he said he was always told after your 30's with any heavy test. cycle it is so hard to drop bodyfat and water, he was super skeptical at first also, as i, but honestly, if there are any secrets out there, i believe this is one of them, from the pro's, lol, that is "real", he told me why this is true and alot more about it, it wasn't just him guessing, i really wish i would have paid more attention, i would have definately shared this info with you all, it had to do with how our hormonal levels drop after a certain age, and how test. injected , acts differently on our system when this happens, it was all very scientific, all i know is, i didn't do anything differently as far as dieting, of course, changed my training like i mentioned in my previous post, but the pictures speak for themselves, i watched my bodyfat drop , as i got thicker, bigger and stronger in a matter of weeks! i was amazed...and all this time i thought anadrol bloated me and i "needed" test. absolutely the opposite! i remember reading an article back in the day by the great dan duchaine about anadrol, and how amazing it was when used correctly, and how it really didn't give you fake water bloated muscles, and how in proper cycling woman could actually use it "safely" and grow with little side effects. now, i can admit to taking a shot of cyp. every now and then for my horniness levels...lol, but not as a cycle, seriously, at this point, it has been over 6 months since my last shot of test. , and i feel great! i do want to get my levels tested soon, but even my urine has evened out, jeez, winny and test used to make it brown no matter how much water i drank, go figure, now i'm on tren and anadrol and i'm clear as can be, face not bloated, and horny all the time...i say give it a try, another thing guys...i'm 38 years old, and growing like a weed! AND I HAVE DONE JUICE OFF AND ON FOR I'D SAY...15 YEARS...so, i say, "you can still grow when your older" and i think if you keep a somewhat healthy lifestyle, diet etc.. your receptors are always ready for some new juice! i watched myself get abs and bigger in 8 weeks after starting this cycle, and it keeps getting better! i could only imagine if i did this 10 years or so ago, give it a try, go easy, i always thought load the test. and do alot of juice, and i looked like hell...and every morning i eat 2 cream filled donuts from dunkin donuts...i swear, and my abs keep getting better...lol...and i have average genetics, nothing special, just train hard , eat right and rest! good luck and if any of you decide to try this, please let me know how you make out, one more thing, i did do powerlifting moves, my deads, and my bodybuilding training, but i mixed low reps with super high reps, i mean in the 20 and 30 rep range, never did this before, also, i trained for an hour only per day, 4-5 days a week, thats it, but i was very focused, and like i said, consistant!!!! in and out, thats it! hit it hard guys! and keep me updated! if anyone wants more detailed info about what exactly i did in the gym, feel free to hit me up! we all need to help each other! thanx again guys!

lol....i thought that too, but fortunately no problems there...i take hcg every 4 weeks and cyclofenil 200mgs. tab every day along with proviron tab every day, i go through a spell every now and then of low drive and when this happens i have a good supply of cialis...lol...but honestly i have more of a problem when i'm on d-bol and cyp....d-bol kills my drive, suppresses my hypo-thalmus so much i don't even want to have sex so cialis can't even help that!...so far this cycle with my other "accessories " that i mentioned , and i'm good to go!
