Back to say Hello
Been gone for quite awhile. Didnt have much time to post or even workout for that matter. But things are finally chill again and have been able to lift regularly. Had a baby girl 7 months ago. She is absolutely incredible. Have been having issues with my X for the last year and a half but things have finally settled down. I plan to be around more and help out where I can. Hope everyone is doing well!

Thanks guys...It feels good to be back home. This has always been my favorite board. I decided to post a picture of my daughter since she Is the main reason why I have been gone so long. As you can see, I had good reason. Good to see old and new faces still on the board...
