The I'v got to get my digital camera fixed to get the tats on here. I have a newer one on my left arm. Runs from the shoulder down to the elbow. Actually I got these pics off a disc and there may be one on there of the new tat. I'll have to look and see and set it up on here. See about doin that in the next day or two...

Here ya go J.R Sorry it took awhile to find a pic that had the tat in it. It's not a very good quality pic but it gets the job done. I had to cut it out of a pic of me holding my little girl to get it close enough to kinda see it but it made it kinda blurry.

Thanks, I was around 240lbs there with around an 18 inch arm. Hadn't been to the gym for a few months so I lost a little size and my BF% was a bit higher then I usually run. I want to try and hit about 5 to 7 percent body fat by June. Think I'm around 12 right now. But I haven't been eating right or lifting as much since the back injury thing. Going back to the gym 4 days a week starting monday and cutting carbs to trim the fat a bit.
