Considering that is the pose that makes even the larger guys look small, it looks like you have made alot of progress. I can see the traps comming out

Don't worry about the fat as you will not be puting to much fat on when you eat according to the article I sent you. I don't gain bf at all when I cycle and eat according to that. If you take a look at the pics I posted of me, you can see I got bigger but didn't increase in the bf %. cheers. |

Yeah, I was trying to show the love handles. I can crop a bit more and still get the love handles in there...editing now.
Well, I cropped somemore but now you can't see the love handles as much. Oh well, in the interest of forum decorum I will keep it cropped. BeginnerGuy |

hahaha. I think the undies thing took over to much of my post.
Take a pic with you standing like you were in the first pic you posted and look at the difference. You can tell you have lowered your BF alot and it doesn't seem you were tensing your bi's at all and that is just generally a bad pose for anyone under 250 lbs hehehe. That pose can make even the bigest guys look small :P . |

I went to 3 vitamin shops and called 2 GNC's. I also called Cytodyne tech and Cyto something else. No one has ever heard of Cytogainer. Are you sure you got the name right. Maybe it's only available in South America. I am still lookin.

Wierd. That was the other place I called yesterday. The lady said she never heard of it but she was just the receptionist. She shunted me over to someone's voicemail. Worthless. I wonder why GNC says they never heard of it.

I ran out of time and had to get something. I got something called "Muscle Milk" from the same company. Hope it's close enough. Taste like crap and gives me a headache....smells good though.

All I can say is WOW! What a trip. My workouts are very rewarding. I worked out twice a day for the past 2 days and once the day before that. I am using today as a rest day. I am looking incredible if I do say so myself. But even if I didn't I"ve heard it from enough people that it's beginning to sink in.

I'm a bit concerned about my chest. Is that what they call "Bitch Tits". My nips don't hurt at all, only did for a brief while very minor, like a week, and there are no lumps are anything. Not quite sure what I'm looking for or trying to avoid.

sitting bored at my grandpas house... grrrr.. getting on the plane on monday and he is taking me over hehe.. have to stay in on a fuggin saturday..
Anyway, 1. No those are not bitch tits. They are not even puffy yet so don't worry about it. 2. You look a shitload better eat more, you losing way to much fat to be eating enough. The workout change seems to have helped but I would bet money on the fact that you are not eating enough. With summer this close and you being on this cycle for so long I would call it a day with the cycle when it is over and then head into some cardio type training and shed the fat to look good for summer. Once summer is over I would bulk up and eat a shitload if I were you. Lucky for me, it is going to be fall where I am moving to so I'm going from bulking to... bulking hehe..
