here's some pics...
pretty much all natural...basically threw away my past two cyles...first one inj were wrong...and last time my eating was a lil off...been 2 months since....hmmm, wont let me upload any...if anyone can help...help would be appreciated =)

they're coming soon...Ghostdog generously helped me out...take a look and give recommendations...specifics too...not like "Chest"...say inner chest etc...and if yall would be kind to drop any tips on yalls fav. mass building excersise on that particular bodypart...i would be undescribably happy!!!!and all advice is much appreciated...thanks again!

if your asking what happened on the first two cyles and what i meant by what i said lucky...the first cycle was just EQ...I was using 1cc, 30 gauge, 5/16ths of an inch dude...was wasting big time...asking for abcesses and shit...i had two bottles in which i paid 250$on individually...then about 5 weeks into it, my car got jacked into and they got $500 (both bottles) of equipose adn my cd player and sub...I was totally heartbroken...my past cycle was Fina, but i only did 60-75 EOD...so as you can tell...my eating has only been good when i start juicing though..untill now, now i'm staying consistent...AS just gave me the inspriation to eat right...but as i've said, I've been working with nutrition pretty consistently for 2 months now...peace...

No what I meant when I said that was; "What happened to the Pics"??? There where none shown. Bro you have a really good base actually I was built very similar when I first started out.. 22 yrs ago... Like GB said EAT-EAT-EAT and only good things will happen..

ok guys...this seems so simple and dumb probably...buti get plenty of protein and decent carbs...but i just can't fathom how yall get so many calories from healthy foods...could yall pleeeaaase help me out and list some of yalls good and fav. foods yall munch on when calories come to mind...thanks yall, this one will be my lifesavor...and just so yall know...I am 5'10", 156 lbs, and determined to not mess up and stay consitstent with any knowledge or meal plans yall may prescribe...thanks much...

yeah bro...that looks like an awesome plan..i was just wonderin what some of the bro's on here like to eat for calories....I think it would help a lot of people so that they can broaden their diets...so if yall have any calorie foods please do share!

one of the things i like to eat to add extra cals and protein, is peanut butter, after every meal i have about 2 - 4 tbsp of peanut butter that gives me an extra 7 -14 grams of protein and 190 to 280 cals added to each meal, i'm 5'4" and i weigh between 155 and 160 depending on the time of day, and i can't seem to take in 4000 cals a day just can't eat that much, so peanut butter is great for when youre trying to pack on the weight...

thanks ripedgym, i love the frig outta some peanut butter, just was concerned about how healthy that source was...but i am going at a point were i will take in advice blindly, with so much contradicition with everything in the world today, i figure I'll try anything 3 times...if anyone else has any pointers or arguments to anything stated, bring all knowledge forth...i am all fingers, and love to wash the toilet scoop!!!

new...
3 weeks ago at 144 (was drinking and partying to hard) before I started shooting crystal meth...lost 13 lbs in 2 in a half days, mostly water but still...so yall could only imagine how small i am now!

what's funny is that i have'nt worked out in 3 months prior to that pic...but my point is...I have finally come to a genuine conclusion to stop all hard drugs cause I can't keep on repeating the same shit I've always done...I've been 100% sober from everything for the past 3 days now!!!kinda crazy...but I'm about to blow up HUGE...and i want all yall big nasty sucka's to be around to watch...so remember that, and prepare for the rebirth of a monster with long hair(how cool) grow that shit to mid back...be a swole sexy drummer for a metal band in New Orleans(I'm moving there in August!)I'm about to become a full blown member again!
