that's a good idea...i'd also do the following-
-measure, weigh, and get bf data and record them...do this once a month, it'll help immensely.

i can tell you straight away that if you hit the juice starting the beginning of march, you'll be monsterous for the summer...

Thanks chiliuno. I have my cycle all mapped and a "few" of the pieces are on the way. I got some "very" cool help from some bro's planning it out. I "should" be able to get going around the beginning of March. I think I'll post something after that one and I've got the one after that scheduled for a couple of months later.
