I emailed them to GD so hopefully they'll be up soon. I would like any comments or areas to work on that u guys have for me. FYI i am bulking right now so my bf is a little high but not too bad.

The show will be a small local one. its my first and i think with the right diet and training i could win it. oh yeah and lots of drugs!
