what's the bf there? what's the stats so far as measurements? how about strength values? we have similar frames and are close to the same height, i was wondering what to expect from leaning out...

Dont really know my measurements...arms about 3 months ago were 19 or so. I dont really max out on bench and squat but for bench i've done 405x4 and squat i usually just throw on 465 and do sets of 10's.

Liv looks GOOD. I just saw new pics of him today. He's getting filled out and looking good! Hey bro, my fault i re-read and it did kind of sound like there was flame. I apologize for the context i left that statement to be read in. If you knew my personality you would know there was no disrespect intended what so ever. Ill make sure the next ones are better and the photographer is someone other than myself you can see a bit more. My back is probably in the greates shape though. ill see what i can do about getting a few up.
