For those of you who don't know me.. and those who do... I have been lifting since I was 17, religiously since 19. I never touched anything other then over-the-counter products until a few years ago... I'm 5'7 FYI.

Last year I got really sick around Sept and was on cycle. I moved into an apartment with mold and I have major sinus problems. Anyway, I ended up so sick I didn't realize I was getting sides off overdosed Var, on top of running GH and T3 which shutdown my thyroid completely in only 3 mos. I had 0.01 thyroid function until March of this year. I ended up out of the gym because I was so sick and then moving all over, etc. I went from 170 to 198. I kept lifting heavy the whole time but couldn't drop a pound. Here are some pics right before I got sick when I went to Punta Cana last August, I was 175 there...

Now, I hit 198 as I said and I moved all over so I ended up out of the gym for quite some time except on occasion. I got back into the gym seriously 12 weeks ago and I'm about 180 right now, but my upper body is definitely bigger then it ever was. I am trying to hold all my muscle and drop bodyfat only. I have dropped quite a few inches but I still have a ways to go. Those 7-8 months since Sept really set me back.

First pics are from about 6 weeks ago, yellow bikini was about 4 weeks ago, white bikini was 4th of July. I will be taking new pics in a couple of weeks. FYI, I've been natural since last Sept. when I got sick and had to go off everything. Next pics will be taken by a camera (not my phone) and by someone else so they will be clearer.

Thanks, I responded. I have some friends who love their GH (personally I wouldn't run it again until I'm 30 (not that it's that far off )). I'm trying to stay natty

Looking very good. It's nice to see that you are overcoming your health problems and striving to reach your goals once again. Best of luck to you in the future. Muscle memory will help alot in returning to your original condition.

(1) Don't worry about being rude with me, seriously, I can take it but I can dish it too This is the internet and I don't take things to heart that may be "rude". If you said something that pissed me off, you'd know it, I'm from Jersey

Cobra - after lifting 10 years there are ups and downs in life... we live and learn. Nothing will ever take me out of the gym but my health and even that won't keep me out. I need it more mentally then physically, although, I want to compete if I can get my life to slow down enough with work to really do it right.

you look knda familiar... im from north jersey.. f you ever went to the guido clubs or know alot of juiceheads in the area, youve probably at least heard my name mentioned here or there.. dropped outta the scene a couple years ago real hard, i had become quite infamous, when the feds raid 2 people in cali and 2 people out here you know all with in 48 hrs.... its time to call it quits....

You know someone is from NJ when they throw aroung the term guido like black people throw around the word n*gg*. Nobody really blinks an eye, of course imo that should be how any word is treated as long as the context is appropriate. It's all in how you say it.

yea, its just like the brothers call each other N($% since im mostly italian even i refer to those places as guido clubs.... though there are extremes that make even me ashamed to admit im from nj/ny sometimes.... and ive hooked up with enough strippers from satin dolls aka bada bing (the sopranos) that i cant escape my jerseyness.... ever since the sopranos came out, i cant travel out of state without people thinking im some sort of mobster..... i guess i was involved in certain things and have a certain look they coulda been right... but i was a self made criminal, i had no family help lol

and speaking of nj, the word "BRO" is used 10x as much here as you see on an message board
