i dont thnk i know them but i have forgotten 10x as many people as i remember nowadays.... whenever i was a bouncer it always made me not wnat to go out also, i can imagine bartending is the same... there used to be a wiseass bartender i worked with who would give free drinks to the busted chicks hitting on them and tell the girls they were from me, every time i saw him talking to a couple of fuglies id run upstairs LOL

i can probably guarantee i know your ex and all his friends as i used to work at golds in belleville and trained at their other golds too all the time... had a lot of friends and acquaintances in belleville and my gf is from there too

Yah, he went there before S&S... Oh boy, lol...that one didn't end so well...

That was 2 1/2 years ago now... not a big deal, just a small world!

Thanks hun, I'm hoping to cut another 10 lbs or so in the next 4 weeks before I go back to NJ for Labor Day weekend I will, of course, post new pics either before I go or when I get back.

Thanks, I started a very clean diet today and I am hoping to drop 10 lbs in the next 4 weeks (shouldn't be too hard if I keep my diet clean and my training in check). I will update pics at that time

good luck to you Jerzey , I have been dieting down for 7 weeks and down 26lbs.... Now I am 280 as of today.. I have 12 weeks left.....
