Tested Positive..

Yup, tested positive on my drug test that I did last friday. I was like what the f*ck? I called monday, and they said they couldnt give me the answer, my future employer was the only one that could call on it. Anyways, they called me back later in the afternoon, and were like you tested positive for Amphetamines. I was thinking, I dont remember ever taking anything like that, just the Norco and Celebrex Im prescribed. The gentleman was like do you take Adderrall. And then it dawned on me, yea I did. Took it for a month to get through my last class. I just had to fax them my script for it.. and they cleared my drug test. Completely forgot all about that drug.. Good thing I had a script, or Id be really screwed..

I got popped with a test one day after havin' a wreck in a company vehicle. Had taken a Vic a couple of days before. Lucky I had a script too, 'cause it came back for opiates. Not good at all........but it worked out.

Thanks everyone.. Im super glad it worked out for me. I had to tear the label off my script bottle, copy it, and fax it over to them. I didnt fake anything, because there was nothing to fake, it was completely legit. Im sure they called and verified with the doctor or pharmacy..

bro the same thing happened to me After I went through my divorce, I forgot that the Doc even gave them to me, got copy of script and it was all cleared up, but were I am from they told me as soon as they called me and asked if I had proof of Script. It is against the law for the lab to report to a employer or to be employer if you can show it was legal.

always keep your scripts..norco is a narcotic...keep them year after year....just in case..

This is no lie, i had a poppy seed bagel for breakfast one morning, went into work and got called for a random test (CDL driver) got a call a few days later from the MRO asking if i was taking morphene, i said hell no, where would i get that from, he then says ok, just a couple more questions, did you eat anything with poppy seeds that day, i told him what i had and he says ok thanks bye. happened to me twice!!

downandout...They usually judge positives on a scale of concentration of the illicit drug in your system. Almost all tests can distinguish between a flase positive or a true positive. Unless they are using test strips...musta been a lot of poppy seeds on the bagel...My brother in law works for the lab that does all of the govt. testing in the uk. Things are usually about 7-10 years behind tech in the states, lol

When I test all they do is ask me what scrips I am taking before the test and they never even ask to see any proof.

It's really f*ck up that these days the most important job qualification is your piss. I seriously believe that this countries workforece is really suffering because of this, and it's perfectly ok for all of my co worker get drunk every night.All the ass kissers I work with will never fail a drug test.Alcohol is the more of a problem than alot of drugs that are tested for.Take a few hit off a fatty and your career could be over, but you can get shitty drunk every night and your job is secure....

Here in the UK companies dont drug test you unless you are driving or something something hazardous...Or if you are an imate at a prison. Even my Neurologist knew I tested positive for cannabis when I was hospitalized and told me he would prefer me smoke to taking valium. This is one of top doctors in his felid of study IN THE ENTIRE WORLD....I can understand testing for heroin/coke/crack/amphetimines But here, all else is game or legal. Our minister of defense had 1oz. of puff on him and it didnt even make the front page......Drug testing is stupid when it comes to your regular law abiding citizen. Now excuse me, Im going to drink some everclear and take a drive
