I Love that bunch,
It seems that my perscription records are in the hands of the Feds, and they want to know if I object!!

This is according to a letter I got in the mail yesterday from the Attorney General, Orlando Florida.

What ever happened to the Doctor Patient confidentially thing?

They are likely investigating the Pharmacy not you.. I'd get a lawyer..

The whole signature pharmacy case has become a complete mess and is unraveling for the prosecution.

Signature was raided and busted, they seized every record in the building. I would 100% send them a letter telling them that it is not OK to look through your records.

If you dont you will be giving up your privacy privledges.

A letter is a must..It probally will never go as far as court unless you are called in as a witness, but not submitting a letter means you give up your right on privacy to your records. It is state statue that they have to give your 30 days and a oppertunity to reject before any papers can be reviewed. So YES reply to the letter and refuse. If not and it does go as far as court of other you have given your lawyer no ground to stand on.

Any one notice they say you have 30 days from the letter but there is no date on it I would send it over night or certified to prove you sent it ...

I don`t think you have anything to worry about. Getting a perscription from a doctor is small even if the doc was busted. You`ll be ok!

yes object...written letter is best.....if the feds have it, they probably have a warrant and want patients info to catch a bigger fish...
