domestic packages - seizure?
ok, lets say my friend has a package being shipped USPS domestic. If you track it says it left a post location that seems odd (neither the shipping location but it's in another county in the state you would recieve it) does that seem odd? I don't think most time I see this location in the tracking info, but not 100% sure? Is it safe to say that if it arrives in the usual 3-4 days that would not allow enough time for the warrant, etc and make its way back to the reciever. I've always heard the odds of domestic being opened are extremely small. I mean this is like 3 bills of stuff Any insight guys?

Is it Delivery confirmation? Or is it a Tracking #?
Del/Con will give you a Shipped and nothing else until it is received and tracking will follow it the entire route. You are not going to have to sign for it are you? |

tracking # with a satelite zip code from the shipper, so it usually only says when it arrives or it's at the local hub. no signature required.

I have seen some DC#`s that actually show the route that the pack took. If you put in the DC# in the tracking box on the usps website it will come up where it was shipped from and when it was processed and then right under that there is a place where you can click for additional details. Sometimes it will show all the places that DC# went to with dates and times. I think it depends on if it gets scanned at each P.O. Not all of them do that though, but the ones I seen were DC#`s and not tracking#`s. DGAF |

bhg, it may just be at the central hub and scanned in there. Thats why you see it in your state yet not your County. If no sig is needed then just wait for it, if you get a knock on your door and you don't recognize him as your mailman refuse it, it you were more cautious and have a PO box when you get to it if they require a sig I would not sign for it..
Be safe, thats all.... |

RFP thanks bro. I live in an apartment in a major city and they just leave it in my slot... I've never even seen the mailman lol. Any other suggestions? Should I not open it for a week or two?

It shows the route of the pack if it was sent express. Priority basically only shows when it left and when it arrives.
