Ive hung in there as long as possible now i got to get one on the Xgirlfriend
I know i have to go to the court house,but what the proceedures?
Should i get copies of email and text messages?

you seem like a good bro - chestnut - can u just ignore her - does she know of anything that she can turn on u? i assume there's a decent chance that if you have anything - she knows - i have seen x's go for the g**r if they know and if she lived with you then they will go on her word for a search -i know a gym owner - his x went to le about **** and they went on her word since she lived with him - a warrant and all
anyway i would just go into the courthouse to the judicial office and tell them what you want with evidence - don't do this if she knows anything damaging to you until you take care of other things

did she threaten you? IF you have proof she did, you go to the police station and file a report. You will also be provided with a court date that both of you have to attend if you wish to hold the restraining order for longer than i believe a month.

if you have anything documented keep it. they like to hear word for word, dates, past incidents, all that. been through it once with one of my ex's. it's hell

Most chicks know what X's are like , so if she shows her ass it just comes with the territory. If she makes a scene and the current one really digs you SHE might take care of it for you. If she causing property dammage or messing with your job then keep dates get witness names and have her arrested or get a restraining order( I don't really think these do squat). J.R.

Ignore her. Delete the texts before reading, delete the Voicemails without listening. It will make it easier on you. She'll get tired sooner or later.

My work already has a no trespassing no phone call order against her.

you can go to your local court house and speak with the court clerk. ask her for a packet for a restraining order..you get the packet and they ask many questions as to why you want the order..put everything in detail why you want one, such as continual harassment, phone calls, driving by your work, house, following you, unwanted conversations on the phone or texts, threats, blackmail.....everything that applies..then turn the packet in and they should give you a date to appear in front of the judge to see if he signs the restraining order....
