Good Post BK. In refference to what Jerry said; I would like to say if you are driving through a neighborhood at midnight and it is highly drug infested and you have 3 people in the car with you and you get pulled over. Well your rights do protect you from being searched regardless of what city and where you live. I live in Baltimore bro and police have to ask permission to search your vehicle. I ask for what purpose and if they say because your in a highly known drug infested area, I tell them no go get a warrant if you want to search my truck. They can not just search your shit unless they see a pistol or drugs in the open or something. I never ever have either but they also never ever try to get a warrant to search it. I will usually tell them I did nothing and you have no reason to search my vehicle so no you may not. Bottom line. They will tear your shit up. One more thing, You have the right also to stand there and watch them if you do decide to give them permission to search it. Driving is not against the law and because your a white boy driving through an all black neighborhood doesn't make it illegal either. It is called racial profiling which Baltimore police do well. I am sure you have all seen the WIRE. LOL. Respectfully, Awakened
