Yeah, the FDA made the rule, a trial level court threw it out, and they appealed it.

So? The feds do this all the time. So does everyone, when they lose.

Frankly, if the government was as totalitarian as you seem to think, they would ignore the courts and do whatever they wanted to.

I don't like the ruling any more than you do, but this whole thing is being handled in a correct, legal manner.

I think supps should be left the fuck alone, and we should be dealing witht he war on real drugs, crimes against children and dealing with our homless issues.
Great to see they spend billions to keep us a way from the best fat loss drug in america.

I agree. As long as the products are accurately labeled and dosed, that is. Ephedra could be very dangerous if the labeling and dosing were off, and that does happen from time to time with cheap supp companies.

soo many people need help and were spending

Is this about the ban being re-instated on Ephedra. Original
