syringe laws
Anybody know the laws for the southern states? Is it illegal to have more then 10?

i buy mine by the boxes here in oregon there is a clean needle act you can have as many as you want and it dosnt matter what size they are

No worries brotha. Anyhow, I know here in California you cannot have anything without a script. Although, their are needle exchange programs here that are similar to Oregon's clean needle act.

Colorado you can buy them at the store but if you live in a rural area you can go to a feed store and then their is my favorite online stores.

Thing is if they are for research purposes I think the 'illegal' thing is in doubt. Look at animals site-the disclaimer. He has had 2 brushes with the law and he had many THOUSANDS of syringes and pins and openly sells them.
What he says is true. Ever see a meat marinating thing with a 60cc barrel and a 16g pin? Is that illegal? Is it illegal to measure out cold medicine with a syringe? What if you are doing a sterile transfer of suntan oil?
Sounds silly but AFAIK these items for research are not regulated in any state.

It's done on a state by state basis, bro.
Each state has individual jurisdiction over its syringe laws.
Some states, no problem. Other states, just having one without a valid scrip is a no-no.

RI passed a law 2 weeks ago that allowed needle possession to no longer be a crime. Due to AIDS, it about dam time. I am on legal HRT now that im older and my test#s came back at 118.
I went into wallmart and asked the pharm for a box of pins. He asked for my script and i told him no script is required in the state. He still would not sell me pins. NO SCRIPT NO PINS. I proceeded to rip this 21yr old pharmacist a new one and left. Self righteous little fuck.

ive been asked what they were for here in oregon but i just say im a dog breeder so what i do is buy 2 boxes off 100ct at a time this way i dont have to go back for a few months its nice that way and here in oregon they are 13.cents a pin so a box is only 13$

When I Lived Down South, I Used To Just Go Into Walgreens And Say I Need Some 23gauge 1.5 Inch Needles, And The Lady Would Say "how Many" I'd Usually Buy 20-50 Each Time, For Like 22cents A Piece Or Some Shit...

Never Really Had Much Problem, Even In The Bible Belt.

I have never had a problem or been asked any questions, when I purchase them over the web. Withen 4 days they come inside a normal box. The contents are unknown.

are you guys mostly injecting with the same needle you withdrawed with? I doub't walgreens would sell me needles for my research use's I still get Id'ed for the movies and I can drink soo lol
