One thing that is overlooked is tha tit is illegal to dump them in a garbage can in most places. Even if the syringes are legal....disposal may be a different story.

another idea is to drop them off at the hospital, all bathrooms in a hospital have a sharp container, for free. Just go and take a leak and drop them off.
