Wink Before a "NEWBIE" posts, this will guide them

Hello Members of OFFSHOREBODYBUILDING,

Over and over we see threads come up and go. Many of this threads are started by new comers, people that pop onto the board and without a minutes though, they post:

"Can I do a dbol only cycle and how long do you recommend?"

"How many times do I have to take sustenon 250 per week?"

"Can I drink Winstrol?"

"Any feedback on the M1T"

There are various factors in writing a thread that will unnequivocally get attention and correct answers.
I recently came across a new member who introduced him self with a picture.
As usual, the members greeted him and complimented him on his efforts. Some members asked a few questions--which is natural to do--I posted on the thread and I asked him various relevant question.

What really impressed me about this person, is that he answered MY questions in detail, I even mentioned to him that I was impressed personally.

When posting a thread, IMO here are the key points one should consider:

1-The title of the thread
2-The type of content---this is the key ladies and gentlemen, because if this question has been answered 10000 times then believe me the thread has a bad starting and a bad ending---ONE must do a SEARCH on the site to see if this question has been brought up before.
3-Word the thread properly, and give enough detail--ALL--relevant to the topic in question.

First of:

The Title of the thread must be inviting, it is probably the most important feature in a thread, simply because it will attract other members into opening that page and viewing what it holds.

Second of all:

The type of question or the content. Let's be real here for a second--we have all seen threads related to questions that have been asked over and over and over. As members of the board, we MUST also understand that, what keeps the board alive (aside from it's wonderful members) are the threads WE all post, the questions we need answers too, the research WE need to do in order to perfection our life styles, BUT my dear friends, when we have repetitive threads, we are simply wasting bandwidth and valuable time.
The one thread where I personally always give feedback and approve of, are the ones asking for a certain lab and it's feedback. And I will tell you why, because UG labs undergo changes a lot of the times. The changes are positive and sometimes negative, batches change reviews all the time; while side effects on sustenon or length for which sustenon can be taken for, NEVER CHANGE!!!!
So the point here is, use the little link at the top of the board, the one that says SEARCH and you'll come up with lots of related threads---so now you no longer need to start a 100th thread on (let's say) "How many times per week can I take sustenon for?"

Thirdly:

Word the thread properly. We know that we have a multi-cultural board, and this is what makes it so great----and many of us do not speak the language properly, this is not a fault of some, perhaps English is not taught over there and it is difficult to speak it. Nonetheless, I must emphasize the need to try hard to word a thread question correctly.

The SEARCH feature and how it works:

Ok, so now you have got a question and need some help--this is the first time taking sustenon 250 and you want to know how much to take weekly.
On top of the forums you will see a link SEARCH hit that link and a little window will pop, you will now have the opportunity to type: SUSTENON 250 and press enter. The board SEARCH feature will now bring up all threads that hold the word SUSTENON 250, and you will be able to go through old threads about sustenon 250.
Once you go through the threads, and there should be many, and the question you have is not yet answered, then post a thread and post the answer.

Other important points:

-Posting in the right forum (don't post a training question in the Dieting forum)
-The proper length of post (nobody wants to sit and read a 10 page questionnaire, keep it simple friends)
-No source fishing (see board rules)
-none offensive threads to those members of the board (racist, hating type)

Now that you are ready to post your thread and a question for which you have not found an answer for, there are some things YOU need to address aside from what I stated above, in order to make your thread a succesful one (this is an example)

-Age
-Time in months and or years training
-Experience with gear--Your cycles, last cycle, types of compounds
-Body fat percentage
-Height and current weight
-and your goal within regards the main question

These peripherals will give the other members a better opportunity of giving you proper advice, one that will be tailored to you and your needs.

Now this is just a quick guidance we can all follow. We are all here to learn from eachothers experience. I don't like seeing newbies get flamed, but in the so hard reality we face, they get punished for not doing their homework--that is RESEARCH before asking a question. To a newbie the question may be a difficult one and one that he is interested in hearing an answer to, but why now do a 5 minute search.

I get tons of PM from members asking me question, this I don't mind--I did it and still do it myself, I send PMs to older bbders that have knowledge and I appreciate that--a newbie can also do this.

Since the wave of newcomers, and we get them often, I felt I needed to do this write up to guide "newbies" a little better. Most new comers do not even know how the SEARCH feature works, and we elder members miss on that sometimes.

I am posting this thread on the Anabolic forum, since this is where we get the repititive type question on aas and how to use them and or other compounds.

Let's have some fun, learn some new stuff and make friends.

This thread is very helpful. I am new to this site, but not new to training and gear. I hope to trade info with others providing feedback from my own experiences.
