New to site, not to training
Whats up bros. I am new to this site. I have been training and using gear since 2001. I am 34yo, 6'1'' 240 lbs. Hope to bring useful info and get useful info and tips to and from fellow members. I am a nurse and also a 4th year pharm student. My body fat content is a little high right now @ 14% d/t school. Havent had time to properly diet. Hope to meet some friends and maybe provide useful info from my experience. Pleasure to be on board!
