Hey Bro's I just found this site last week and it's great. I've been lokking for a new home since SSB went down a few weeks ago and this looks promising. Just a few quick bio notes:

28 years old
weight 206
height 5' 8"

I started bodybuilding in 1999, competed in regional shows in 2000 and 2001. I sustained multiple injuries in the Army in 2002 and had to stop lifting for over 3 years. I am working my way back up now and I am hoping to compete again next year.
