Great Board!

I just wanna say since chaos took over here this has been the board to be on. It's the most helpful and understanding board I been on. Some guys come on here to learn and to do research. Many boards flame or BAN a newbie cause they ask what seems to some of us a silly question. Not what I've seen here, only helpful answers and kind advice for the most part. So thanks OSBB I enjoy my time here more than anywhere else!

there will never be flaming here, and i personally believe that it is the vets responsibility to guide the newer members....if we don't do it, who will? we at OSBB will do our best to ensure that this is a kind, friendly place to learn and share information and experiences......like a home away from home

I honestly believe that ever since I got the internet 7 years ago I have seen the name basskiller, I think his name came up the first time I googled body-building and he has always had sound advice. Like I said man this is the place to be!

lol, i've been around for years, considered one of the old wise men of the boards......basskiller was already a legend when i first showed up on the scene. i have HUGE amounts love and respect for him, and am proud to call him my friend.

i think what may make us different, is that he and i care about the quality of the board, and your experience here. you want to test that, just PM me about anything. i will answer, i will help, i will do whatever i can for you.
