do you do shoulders only because they are your lagging bodypart? i am using a blast cycle regiment with an igf/mgf protocol during my pct, so blast for 6-8 weeks, pct w/ mgf and igf for the same amount, alternating. do you think i will be in danger of this disgorged gh gut that i always hear about?

They aren't lagging but I want boulders. I am not thinking about competing so I am just focusing on what makes a guy look big, and shoulders are it. Big shoulders help to give you the "V" shape and make you look lager than any other muscle group can do in my opinion.

It is me, thanks
back is my strongest point, then next is my arms. my legs are terrible, they need pounding.what do you consider low dosages? i have read 50mcg pwo in the worked bodypart is recommended, especially the first time around... would that be considered low? |

50mcg is what I consider low.
So I would slpit that up between the muscles I wanted to work. It would be 25mcg in each shoulder. For MGF 200mcg is what I consider low. So that would than be 100mcg for each muscle. If your going to hit your legs I would rotate the injection site as much as possiable. I would hit all the heads of the quad. Shooting the shoulders 5 times a week got painfull over time even though it was with a slin pin. So swich it up as much as you can. I wish you well and let me know how it goes. |

I'm doing 100mcg pwo 4 days a week and non workout days 30-50mcg twice a day and 12 hours before i workout I take pegmgf...mainly use pegmgf in arms and sholders but will start pinning my back as I've seen my bro pin the different muscles in his back and results are evident...my legs are genetically bigger than rest of body so I may pin the tear drop of my quad once every two weeks and I pin my calves...I pinned 800mcg of pegmgf once and the next day
I had a good pump like I was on juice...I usually stay around 200mcg 3 times a week 12 hours prior to traing,I skip on leg day..... |
