Hi boys.
My boyfriend and I are new in the Anabolic Community and we are excited to leard as much as we can. We have started to work out extremely hard and we want to learn more about what is out there so we can reach are optimal potential. If any of you have any first cycle information that could help my boyfriend out would be much appreciated. he is in his mid twenties and he has alot of weightlifting experience but he never see the results that he would like. Any information would be great. thanks |

Welcome aboard Sally. Always good to see new members. Now the info on ur boyfriend is a little vaige. What r his goals? How often does he train? How much does he weight and bf%. What does his diet look like? What kind, if any supplements has/is he taking? And about first cycles, there r tons on old posts, I suggest using the search feature and find one u like, do more research and come back with specific questions. But again welcome to TM.
