Beginner
Hey im a Beginner so im not expecting any complements however i could use some pointers and criticism, I know My chest is small and i honestly have been working my ass off on it but it still wont grow especially my upper chest, any pointers

Hey Brizer, U say ur goal is a bigger chest ah? Thats all good. Can u give us a run down on what a normal chest routine would be for u. What days of the week u normally train what, and some general stats, age, height, weight, body fat %,...ect. Hows ur diet? R u getting enough protein/calories? Diet is going to determine about 70-80% of what u look like.

my workout
yeah sure pro, my deit is like this 1.5 protein of body weight, and bodyweight * 3 for carbs, 4000 calorie diet. im 6 1, 16 years old, bodyfat at 14% i weight 204.
i am currently doing rugby tuesdays and thuesdays for cardio trust me 80 min of none stop hitting kids is so freaken fun and its a heak of a cardio workout too mon wed friday i HAVE to train for football its stupid lifts our coach makes us do in class (high school football class) bench squat Power clean stuff like that. K for my bodybuilding schedual i usualy do mon tues thures friday or every weakday depending on how my body is feeling MOn Chest Tues Arms wed Shoulders Thuresday back friday legs alternaiting forearms calfs and abs on those days, if i have rugby i train after rugby later that night around 9ish than eat and go to bed my last chest workout was like this. Incline Press dumbells 4 sets 6 to 12 reps starting light going heavy in the end incline flys 4 sets 6 to 12 reps bench press dumbells 3 sets superset with push ups than i did some dips about 3 sets, my shoulder started killing me for some reason right between my front and mid delt so i had to stop cause it was getting worse. usualy i can handle alot more and my shoulders feel fine but that was my last chest workout. i decided to try to skip doing bench in football class 1 cause i dont get a pump from it or anythign 2 beacuse i dont think doing chest 3 times a week and doing chest bodybuilding wise is good for repair. well i have to go to school ha ha im really late thanks man |

ha ha thank you again, i forgot to mention supplement wise im on creatine, protein shakes, m1t i still have a bunch of, amino acid pills, multi vit, and i think thats all ha ha that i can remember right now.

Hey Brizer, Ur chest routine dosnt look too bad. The problem may be that it apppears ur an extremely busy guy. Rugby is diffenately a good cadio for ya, but with all the other stuff ur doing it takes a lot of ur body. After just reading that i had to go take a nap,...haha. Its looks like u do ur bench press while at football so thats why its not in ur chest routine. Thats ok i guess, but u need to make sure ur getting the most out of it since its once a week. U may not feel like ur getting the pump from doing bench but its a good strength builder. I would like to see ur whole chest routine in the same day, and include regular bench, then an incline bench and, if u got the resouces, a decline bench. Those 3 different benchs will hit 3 different parts of the chest. And continue with ur other exercises. The only other thing to watch out for is ur hitting chest on mon, and shoulders on wed. Thats fairly close sense ur going to be working chest muscles again on shoulder day. One thing u may consider is to combine those two. That way it can have the entire rest of the week to recover. Sleep for u is also of the up-most importance. One question I have for u is, has ur weight been around 200 for sometime or r u gaining or losing in the past 6 months. U loook fairly fit, and with all ur doing its hard not to be, but for 16 u look to be a good shape. I was lucky if i was 130 when i was 16, but i was a late bloomer,...haha.

you should NOT be using M1t if you are 16, it is a hormone, you do not want to mess up your system at such a young age bro. M1T is no joke it is real harsh stuff, sides are as bad as dbol

Todays chest
Strenght on my chest is actually what i consider to be kick ass beacuse at my school 5A high school so its pretty big, im a jr and im kicking about 95% of the peoples ass on bench press around 285 and its getting stronger, umm letss see i have been at 204 lbs for a while before rugby i had alot more fat on me, now alot of veins are popping out of shoulders and biceps so i have lost alot of fat weight but not overall weight,
today for chest i did a excellent workout the pump felt great and i told everyone to leave me alone while i was lifting i had 2 friends lift with me once somone was done another imediatly jumped in to do there set we worked with all dumbells, the workout was like this, incline bench with dumbells 1 set for a warm up incline flys superset with pushups 4 sets decline bench 4 sets done with dumbells regular bench 5 sets done with dumbells it was kinda a not as many workouts however the pump was feeling great and we had timing down to 45 to a min 15 sec inbetween each set. my nutritino has been great today rugby season just finished so ill have to find a new cardio One the M1t Thing, well to be honest i dont have many side affects unless a bloody nose is one, you see i never had bloody nose's before now i get them a ton random moments too, ha ha in our states rugby program the reffs and other teams coachs know me as the kid who never stops bleeding, or tampon boy because they use tampoons to clog my nose. on another note i would like to say i made all state for rugby in my position (lock) i was pretty excited when i learned that sorry ill stop about rugby lets get back to bodybuidling, the m1t i hurd from a friend that nex time i go in for a physical to tell my doc i need so novidex (im not good with spelling) he said it will help wash me out and its only a 4 day thing, so im thinking ill do that to help out, but i have tons of m1t some of whice is m1t plus with a bunch of milk thistel hawthorne berry licorice root in it, i realise im only 16, and i would like to stay on however im not stupid and i realize you guys are the experts so what do you think shoudl i still go off of it or am i ok to stay on this. ok ill try next week to try to do chest and shoulders on the same day, see how that goes thank dude |
