Hello All
Hey, I was thinking of taking steroids for a while now. I have been doing research for about a month now. I am 23, 155, 12%BF and have been training for about 5 years. I have a good diet and get lots of sleep. My main goals are to gain mass and strength while not bloating. I also want to maintain as much of my gains as possible cause I dot plan on doing another cycle after this one. I am also concerned with side effects mainly acne. In the research I did I like the sounds of sustanon 250. It seams to have good mass and strength as well as keeping most of the gains and not to bad on the side effects. I was thinking of taking 250mg a week while taking clomid starting the last week of my cycle. Also do I need to take nolvadex while one this cycle? What should I expect to pay for this? (READ THE RULES!-G
I read that organon is a good brand, is this true? What do you guys and girls think of this, any info would be appreciated, Game |

If after 5 years of training you are 12% and 155 unless you are under 5'-2", you need to take a serious look at your diet, training, and committment to those.
If you did a cycle now and ate like a horse and trained somewhat, you might gain 10 lbs in 12 weeks but it is pretty doubtful that you would keep it as it doesn't sound like you have figured out the diet/training part yet. |

Actually cornfed 2 i am in very good shape, and my diet is fine, i know what i am doing. I am a regestered personal trainer. Dont mean to sound like i dont appreciate your comment but i get this all the time. I have never left the 150-160lb weight level even when i wasnt workning out. I look like I weigh 170. My body is kinda weird that way seams to like that range even though my strenght and physice get much better. Oh ya and im 5'7". later Game

I agree with cornfed, which is the same thing as I posted last time. There is a problem with one of the key areas. Thats pretty much the bottom line. My guess would still be your food intake. Your body is burning up all that you are giving it, and you will not see gains until you can provide more than what your body needs. When you restrict the fuel, you restrict the performance.
