Cool Newbie with pic
Hello everyone I'm new to the forum and wanted to say hello and post a pic. ( it came out a little blurry) but I should have another one shortly. I'm 28, 5'7 175, 12.2 bf, been lifting for 7 years now. All natural so far.

Not too shabby, it isn't all that clear and doesn't show much for porportion... but it definately looks as if you have a great base to work with. Stick around and we'll take you to limits you never thought possible.

for future reference, that question would be better directed to the anabolics forum... anyhow, im not a fan of anavar, I wouldnt even use it for a bridge...
