hello guys
I eat all the time i drink 4 protein drinks a do i eat 5 eggs 2 bowls of pasta McD AND chicken, tuna,beef in one day

sounds good..... Can you break it down for us? like ...
7am-1cup oatmeal, 2 scoops protein, 1 orange 9am-myoplex 11am-etc, etc.... you get the idea... that will show us exactly what your eating habits are like. and do you stick to it all the time? cheat days? any other supps? vitamins? and then we can line it all up for ya... |

I'm a little confused.... Are you telling us what you eat everyday, or are you asking for help on what you should be eating for whatever your specific goals are? Gotta break it down for us bro.
