How about this for newbie?
300mg eq 1-12 wk
300mg test e 1-12wk How would this work out? Would this give me some moderate gains with minimal sides? Just looking for consistent slow gains that are keepable. |

Test ran that low is basically HRT.... I read somewhere you really need atleast 600mgs + Test each week to really grow great muscle.... and EQ under 400mgs is n't worth squat.

400 and 400 would give some good gains if have quality product.

in CME and other places i think it says that males natually produce 7mg of test a day...so thats like 50mg/week...(correct me if im wrong, this is from memory, i tried looking it up, but didn't find it right away, but i was pretty sure thats what it said) so wouldn't 300 or even the usual newbie desire of 250 be fine? as long as it is more than what you produce naturally? If not, why is that?

why not? If you are looking for just over normal then you are going to get just above normal gains. Hormone replacement therapy where test levels are brought back up to right at normal functioning is usually around 250mg's per week.

Your body produces more than 7mgs a day its just that most of it is bound test. You probably have about 7 mgs a day of free test. WHen you take in more test than your body produces naturally it begins to "bind" more test to regain homeostasis. This is why you need IMO, 500mgs a week to get decent gains. Also 250mg of Test E is actually only like 185 mgs of test because you have to factor in the weight of the ester.

Which is another reason I favor Esterless Test... Suspension is an esterless Test, and at 100mgs per ml... that's 100mgs Free Test in my system. Another reason why imo spot injections with anything other than esterless gear is a waste of time. Good post BigRak... good to see you on here more.

I remember the days also. I would not trade the 3 years I played baseball in college for any amount of money. It does get crazy sometimes but so worth it. Enjoy the trip. Nothing will ever compare to it. I think I had my priorities right--baseball, training for baseball, social life, girls, school... this is right isn't it???

I was initially on scholarship for baseball in college. I wound up spraining my back in a weight lifting incident (Damn deadlifts). That put me out of baseball and the gym. My priorities became girls, drinking and school. I've gotta say that baseball is the one thing I regret not going back too.
