To all Members!!!!!
I think in the beginning of all of our quests for size and experimentation with GEAR, everyone at some point has given bad or a little misdirected advice. While it isn't always a bad thing (since most of us learn from our mistakes and move on), it is bad and very dangerous when it happens everytime a member with little to no knowledge of these substances tries to give advice and be the board Guru. We have a lot of New members that have no knowledge and no experience with AAS or the drugs and compounds that go along with them such as PCT drugs and ancilleries and other complimenting compounds. And then these members come on boards such as the BEST one TM, and ask for advice that they hope will make them bigger and stonger, but instead are given advice that not only could cause ramifications with HPTA and other delicate hormonal systems in their body, but also recieve advice that may prove to ultimately be fatal, if no one catches it in time or pays attention.
I'm going to ask a few members who i'll leave annonymous at this point, to please do some research, know everything they can about compounds their giving advice on and learn how to intelligently express themselves if/when they do give someone here any advice..... I'm not trying to be a hard ass or call anyone out, hell I learn new things on this board everyday, as I hope we all do.... but a few members here need alot more research before they try and be Dr.Gear. Just keep this in mind next time you respond to a post. |

PECS- its good to see that there is some oversight here and a concern about the quality and content of posts that ultimately do have the potential to be pretty harmful. I for one am one of those new members and am in research mode and will be for a while. I plan to cross reference and am reading various books that have been suggested. I think its really important to pay attention to the real life experiential insight that people share here- its a great point of reference. I assume that the advice people give is personal and that they came to it after research and trial and error. I think that anyone contemplating using any substance in their body should also do their own research and not try soley try to benefit from other folk's research without having to do their own- this would act as a safety mechanism. The peopl most likely to get hurt are the impatient ones that wanna skip over the work and get all the benefits. This is not to say that an experienced person cannot also find him or herself in a world of trouble by implementing some ill researched advice. Anyway- I am really glad everyone tries to keep the quality on the up and up here- this will definitely set TM apart from other boards- which end up being flame fests and or sophmoric nonsense. Keep up the good work...I for one am learnign lotts and appreciating the community here.

I can't imagine any other members of TM knowingly communicating false or unsafe information. However, like Green&2lean says there are many impressionable "newbies" that are impateint and may act soley upon the info in one post, without following up and verifying the information first. The responsibility still lies with the end user to make sure that he/she verifies the information posted on this or any other board. To sum it up, "A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing." Thanks to PECS and all the moderators for helping maintain the safety and integrity of the board. |

Good post, People who are inexperienced really need to sort through the info and do the research. It is easy to rush into things.
Anyways, anybody reading this, nice to see you guys are still here. I have not been around for a while. I hope every body is doin well. |

Hey pecs, long time no see!
I think the very best advice is anyone who is really interested in doing gear along with the research that is so very NESESSARY!!!, they should be at or very near their natural max. Get as big as your body will let you. Get your diet in order, make sure you are getting plenty of sleep. Know what supplements are needed to attain your goals and implement them in the most efficient way. Be in the gym, learn how to set up your routines and find exercises your body responds to, not everything works for everybody, understand that your workouts will always be evolving, without which even on gear you will plateau. Make sure you are doing cardio and doing it properly. All of this factors into how well gear will work for you. The more out of shape you are and the more fat you have on your body will have adverse effects on what you will attain from doing a cycle. These are all necessary for you to reach your goals, and while you get all this in order do your research. It is a great motivator during this time. You work out you body and then workout your brain, if noting else each day you will be a day closer to your fitness goal and a little smarter, and it will help you sleep at night dreaming of those pins, vials, and pills you will soon get to use. thanks pecs, im new to the site and to using forums for that matter. Ive been reading a lot trying to fill my head up with as much knowledge as possible lately, and it seems as if i read more unknowledgable opinions than actual facts. It is good to see that u notice that too. Much respect bro to u and all of board members for giving us noobs good advice. P.S. I am a prof golfer, and i am about to experiment with gear...b/c the two are not usually heard of together,(golf & gear) i need some really specific advice on some things. Could u or someone on the board please P.M. me at your earliest convience, thank B-real
