I thought I knew a bit about anabolics in my web research but here I'm heard people talk about stuff I've never heard before like Winny, stat, test. Here's the low down, 5'10" 115lbs 24yrs. I been regularly taking weightgainers (3000cal/85g protein daily) took a while for my body to stop rejecting it but now I seem to be digesting it fine. I still don't see a change though so I wanted to consider a strong supplement to change my testosterone and metabolism. What do you guys recommend for a person in my situation, and how do I know what brands are reliable. What changes/growth can I expect.
I'm not looking for huge mass gain and I don't intend to be a body builder I just want to be at a healthier weight level. I think 160 to 180 is what I'm looking for considering my height. ![]() [ August 28, 2001: Message edited by: alias101 ] |

Hey bro -- Are you just looking for supplements or are you looking to do a cycle. Tell us a litte more about yourself? how long have you been lifting, and what is your bf%. What are your goals. ie how much weight do you want to put on.
IF just looking for supplements. You need glutimine and whey protein. I would try betagen from eas. Its expensive but works better than plain creatine. Eat healthy, lifting is more diet than anything. Get 7-8 hours of sleep. Your muscles gro more in the sleeping hours. check out the training forum. some guys put in some good workouts there. |

Yeah, I'm thinking of using dianabol and deca-durabolin. I guess because I'm running out of alternatives. I've done what everyones told me, pound down 4000 calories in supplements not including meals. sleep 12 hours a day if not more. and I lift heavy with low reps with two days rest inbetween. I'm also using creatine for my workouts. I have a .05 body fat percentage.
