Hey y'all, new member here... Flat told me about this board, Ive been a member on a couple of other boards for awhile now... I see some familiar screen names, so some of you may know me. For those of you that dont, I have been lifting for about 10 years, using AS for almost 4. My BF fluctuates between 8 and 12%, currently weighing about 260. I just started a big bulker this week! I think I have alot to offer, and there is always more to learn!
