i would just like to say hello to everyone on the board and how i've heard you guys really know your stuff.I am a female 5'2" and 37 yrs old.I would like to loose about 20 lbs and really get some definition.What would you suggest I take for supplements for dropping the weight and getting lean?I'm in a good cardio and exercise routine and would like to take some supplements that could go hand and hand with what i'm trying to accomplish.Thanx for you time

Welcome to the board Ms Bell, glad you decided to become a member! Where did you hear all those things about us?
Before I can make any suggestions I need to know how long you've been training, what your food intake looks like (%protein,%carbs,%fats,-a day), and what your over all goals are. I see you want to lose 20 lbs, but do you want to add muscle and tone up at the same time? Do you have a time frame for this change? What kind of training are you doing? Please break it down, by day, for us. The more info you give us the better our info will be in return. Answer these questions and we'll get you on the right road! As a female myself who have done the same things as you want to accomplish, I can help as well. If you give us your stats, and diet, and exercise routine, we can help you out. what do you weigh now? What is your bf%? What does your diet look like? Are you looking to do a cycle or just looking for something to lose the weight that you can get a vitamin store (ex: GNC, Vitamin world, etc)? if you give all the information, we have a lot of knowledge here and we can help you out!

Maybe it's just the season getting to me, but I Love You Guys!
Thanks for the comment Robyn but there are members here with just as much or more knowledge than I. We do not agree all the time as MP says and each of us has our own opinions of what is right and wrong, but we do have one common goal "Body Perfection"! I learn just as much as I teach and that's why we are all here , to learn and help each other out! Connelbell, some of the Board's Best are on this thread willing to help...take advantage of it...we don't mind. |

Yeah Flat, the cool thing is that we are all different sizes, ages, genders, and experience levels. So all bases are pretty much covered here. You re wlecome for the comment btw, but don't get used to it. Its just that the holidays have caused my heart to grow 3 times its normal size. Just kidding, anytime bro!

Welcome to the board! I am sure you will find a lot of good information here, we are all in the same boat and we get a lot of support from all the members here. So stick around ask plenty of questions, make use of what you learn, be consistent with your training and nutrition program and you should see encouraging changes towards your overall goal!
