hello everyone I am new to this board and I thought I would say hello. this seems to be a good board with a lot of helpful info. I believe I can be of some help to the board
I am lees tan ayear away from graduating college and getting my Doctor of Pharmacy degree so I can help with some of the questions. I am also looking for some info I want to start my first cycle in over four years and I just need some help in figuring out a good one for mass and strength. I dont want to stack too many maybe just two different compounds. My current stats are 6'1'' 220lbs about 15% bf bench 285x5 deep squat 405x5 and I have just started back doing deadlifts. Any help would be great and I will help y'all in any way that I can thanks |

Welcome Big "K", I'm new myself, just came on board a few days ago and it does seem like these guys do know what there talking about. I really have just been reading and observing these last few days and what I do see is very up-to-date and good info. Anyways I don't know what you have (gear wise) so it would be sinceless to give you advise, and I don't know what you've done in the past but what I will tell you is that d-bol & deca does work!!

luckysaint I have also been just looking around on this board. currently I have no gear except a cycle of androl 50
that I bought from a friend for very cheap b/c he needed some extra money. I dont know if I want to use the anadrol though b/c I have heard that it is very hard to keep any of the gains from it and I know how bad it is. the last cycle I did was four years ago when I was trying to walk on at college to play ball. I just did a cycle of test |

I like Anadrol Big K, and you can keep some of the gains in my experience with it, this is how I did. 50mg of A for the first week, 2nd week up to 100mg, 3rd up to 150mg, 4th week come back down to 100mg & Add some Test about 4-600mg would be good and hold for a good 2 weeks: Then come back down on the A dose to 50 mg & stay with test 400mg & add some deca 200mg: Stay with this for atleast the next four weeks coming off "A" completely. You should be up a good 22-28#s in bodyweight "Muscle wise".. Trust me when I tell you; "eat everthing in site", the high androgens & anabolics that will be in your system will eat up all the fat you consume so don't worry about it. I did this stack just last year right before I was cutting up for my first competition. It worked great, just make sure you have some ancilliaries when you come off and at most you'll lose just a few pounds, nothing to cry over though..

Welcome K! If it's ur 1st cycle in 4 years and you want to keep it simple do sus250 @ 500mg/w 1-10 or 12. Follow it up with clomid and ur done! Simple
PS I'd save the abombs for ur next cycle! |
