I'm just an ordinary Big guy! Yep you herd right.. I retired myself from FMC 1 yr ago after 16 yrs of being a GM with em'. Now I get to do what I want, and that's B-building!! Next year my fiance & I will be opening a B-building Gym & fitness Club. I do like to give some advice because of my 20 yrs of experience & 10yrs on the juice, but I mostly like to ask questions and learn. I think I'm really good at B-building but I want to get better. Right now I'm 6'4" 265#s I have very small wrist and ankles but full muscle bellies(that should make for a great B-builder). I also am very docile and laid back. Anyways, I hope this board will be as helpful to me as I plan to be to it..

Thumbs up

Dude I have to commend on that, being natural and all. I've just been this big for only about 10 years though, until I started up on the juice.. Before that I was only about 195#s after lifting as hard as I could for 14 years. To be honest with you I hated being that size no matter what I did I couldn't get over 195#s. So I tried a cycle and gained like you wouldn't believe. The heaviest I got was last year 289#s.

hey, I can relate to your size! you're just a little bit bigger than my husband! Hey, honey, this isn't you is it? hehe WELCOME ABOARD!! and where is your gym going to be opening? I would love to do that. open up my own fitness club. I would pick and choose my customers though - like they do at ritzy clubs - u got legwarmers on or one of those thong things, you're outta there! LOL You know the HORROR people that you see in the gym... they would have a seperate geek area. hehe

Hey Juicygirl I will be opening my gym in the Charlotte, NC. area & all you guys are invited - n/c. I had previously bought a Powerhouse Gym franchise in Richmond VA about 10 years ago and now it's SOLD & gone. The gym business is a great business to be in... I'm going to have alot of fun with this one,it will be a "Meca East Coast B-building gym".. "No Leg Warmers Especially the Women" LOL

welcome aboard buddy. I lived in Charlotte awhile back while we did a job there. It was around 1990 or so. It's nice to have a big guy around the boards. I'm just a little guy. 6-1 230# but still growing.
