As I get older I find I'm more boring...LOL really. I need mental focus that I lost along the line somewhere. HUMMM about me let's see if I had to describe myself I'd say opinionated, hot tempered, love animals, not shy but like to be alone more than I don't. I have a pretty decent gym in my house and belong to a local one called Paradise.
There's more but I won't bore anyone...

I had 3 corn muffins this morning...1500 calories I'm a pig. It's almost 3pm now I just did 30 on the treadmill, obliques and abs hard.
I'm soft, fat I have to shed 20 to be ripped, I hate what has happened to me from such a long time off. I'm not happy like this SOOOO
I need a partner so I made up a flyer I will post at the gym this week. This is what it looks like what do you think??? I hope I get one. I had a guy for years when we were both at Mass Muscle but I won't show my face there until I'm golden...
