I like to incorporate Aromasin (Exemestane) into any cycle that involves aromatizing steroids. Aromasin is a steroidal suicide aromatase inhibitor and effectively blocks 85% of estrogen. In addition, this study suggests that Aromasin may possibly be less harsh on blood lipids then other AI used in the bodybuilding community (J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 2003 Dec;88(12):5951-6.). Which should be of major concern to most due to the fact that blood lipid levels can shift drastically for the worst on aas, and should be a serious consideration to the long term user.
