My name is bigboy 000. I have posted a few times before but mostly listening and learning. I have learned a lot from you guys. I have a strained pec muscle. My question is if there is anything I can take or do between now and friday to speed up recovery besides glutamine and rest. I am taking deca, eq, and enanthate right now so I know deca will help a little but I was supposed to be in bench contest this friday and pretty sure I will place in top 3 but I will not take chance if i still feel tender. Any advice or old home remedies that I could do. Thanks for any advice.

nothing you can do but sit back and hope it gets better...
if you don't think that you are completely healed up, then don't do the comp... there's no need to do permanent damage for something that has very little meaning in the general scope of your life CMan

I agree... strains take time to heal.. even when your on the Super supplements! Injurys will be with you FOREVER dont take that for one day of glory! Do some ellastic band presses to keep some blood in there for recovery, but No weight. Heat and ice treatments... lots of ibuprofin, no more than 2400mg daily. Good luck.
