Bicep training after carpel tunnel
Does carpel tunnel surgrey if done right hurt the bicep training and the ability to build that muscle for ever, or doe sit become normal again?

I broke a few bones in my left hand a few years back and it took at least 6 months after healing to be able to curl anything heavy... it was just a dull ache everytime something heavy was in my hands
but you can use your imagination to think of different ways to work your biceps... machines became my friend as I could just hook my wrist around the handle instead of grabbing it lol it will be fine... these days I don't feel anything anymore...

Thanks for the help it has got'n better. my right bicep was weak also, but better. I hate injuries. Caused me to not be able to lift, lost weight. Hope that GH didn't add to my carpel tunnel.
