Weight loss, why am i so cold now
I just recently lost about 25lbs over about a 2.5 month period by completely changing my life style. I used to drink alot, and eat everything in sight. I've always had a decent motabolism but after college that seem to decrease. For me i hit an all time fatness at 210 lbs. When i carried the extra weight i was always hot it seemed. Now that im leaner i get cold all the time it seems, especially my hands. Why is this? Is there somethning i need to take. As it is now i already take a multivitamin, amino acids, eat 6 small healthy meals a day, and drink alot of protein. I work out intensely, and am very active. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem and that's easy to understand. When the weather is cold, your body goes into survival mode which means that the priority is to keep the internal organs warm at all cost.

How is your salt intake? Maybe those years of eating bad took a toll on the arteries. Worth getting a physical at the Doc and let him know.

my salt intake now is very very low, i try not to eat anything salty anymore. I really want to see my abs this year, more so then ever b4 , i heard salt makes you retain water, so ive stayed away from it as much as possible

Salt makes you retain water, it's true but your abs won't show unless your bodyfat % is low.

if the diet and exercise i do now doesnt let me see my abs in another month or so i wont know what to do , i think my body fat has dropped intensely thus far

IF YOU DROP BODYFAT OF COURSE YOU ARE GOING TO BE COLD. JUST LIKE IF YOU DRINK A GLASS OF ICE WATER IT LOWERS YOUR BODY TEMP. AND BURNS CALORIES. THAT'S A GOOD THING , YOUR ABB'S WILL BE ARRIVING SOON.
