I FELL AND HURT LEFT RIB AREA WEEK AND A HALF AGO. EITHER BRUSED OR CRACKED RIBS OR ORGANS IN THAT AREA. IT HURTS WHEN I COUGH OR SNEEZE. I HAD TROUBLE WORKING AROUND IT. SIT UPS AND PULL UPS WERE TOUGH. LOW WEIGHTS WERE DIFFICULT. CARDIO WAS OK. I BACKED OFF SUPPS AND STEROIDS, LOWERED FOOD INTAKE BECAUSE I WASN'T LIFTING.
I DIDN'T GO TO THE DOCTOR BECAUSE THEY DON'T WRAP RIBS ANYMORE. TOMORROW, I WILL TRY TO GET BACK TO THE GYM. I HAD BIG PLANS FOR THE HOLIDAYS. I GOT LAID OFF FROM WORK AND HAD PLANED TO HIT THE GYM HARD. I WANTED TO ENJOY THE HOLIDAYS AND COLLECTED SEVRENCE PAY. AFTER THE HOLIDAYS I PLAN ON FINDING ANOTHER JOB. IT WILL BE HARD TO REPLACE $ 73,000 A YEAR UNION JOB. I JUST HOPE THESE RIBS REPAIR SO I CAN PUMP IRON AGAIN WITH OUT PAIN. WHAT CAN I SAY ? OVER 55 AND STILL ALIVE ![]() |

I am sorry to hear that 55! The holidays for some reason are always tough on me, this year I had a tragic event happen to one of my best friends. His ex-wife murdered his 8 year old son and then tried to committ suicide herself.
Seems like this time of year every year is tough! |

Taking some time off sounds good though. Just say away from the gym tell your ribs heal. Sorry to hear about the job though.

Today I Tried To Work Around The Left Rib Area. It Is A Liitle Better. I Started Small And Light. I Did The Sears Rowing Machine For A Few Minutes, Cardio Bike, Side Bends And Twists, Streched, Seated Leg Press 120 Lbs ,5 Sets Of 10, Precher Curls With Curling Bar, 60 Lbs, 3 Sets Of 10. Standing Curls Curling Bar 60 Lbs. Dumbell Curls 25 Lbs, 3 Sets Of 10. Seated Bent Over Curls 30lbs Dumbell, 3 Sets Of 10 Each Arm. Shoulder Shurgs 50 Lbs. Dumbell 5 Sets Of 10. 30 Minute Brisk Walk. I Couldn't Do Bench Press Because It Hurt To Lie Down On The Bench.
The Ribs Have Improve But It Still Hurts To Lie Down Even In Bed I Have To Find The Right Position. I Will Try This For Awhile Three Times A Week For A Couple Of Weeks. Then Maybe I'll Cycle Back Up, I Haven't Been Making The Best Use Of The Steriods I Take, However I Don't Compeate And Am Older, I Just Want To Look Ripped And Like I Lift Weights To Stay Healthy. |

Back To Working Out. Still Feel The Ribs But They Are Much Better.
However, I Had Trouble With The Bench Press. I Feel Pain When I Lie Down On The Bench. I Did Three Sets Of 10 At 120lbs. It Didn't Feel Right So I Didn't Go Any Higher. I Am Usually Good At Min. Of 150-180use To Going Higher Than That Even Off Steriods. I'll Let The Ribs Heal A Bit Longer. Fine With Cardio, Jog Walk Or Bike. |

THE RIBS FEEL REAL GOOD. BACK TO THE GYM. CARDIO DAY JAN. 1.
CYCLED UP. PINED MYSELF 200MG DECA, 100MG TEST, ORALS BRITISH DRAGON WINSTROL 10 MG. X 4, DIANABOL 30MG. STILL LOW ON BENCH PRESS. WORKED OUT TODAY AT HOME. WEIGHT IS STILL 217 LBS. BICEPTS 17 1/2 PUMPED. OVER 55 AND STILL ALIVE !!! ![]() |

Ribs hurt and take time.
I pulled my pec close to my sternum one time and it took almost 2 years to be 100%. Everytime I sneezed, coughed, or moved it hurt.
