torn hamstring

I was having a great leg day, heavy presses and squats. Went to finish on lunges and I felt a POP, like someone shot me and I fell to the floor. I was able to finish the workout light, but it's been 2 days and I can only limp around and can hardly put on my shoes. Any ideas, a tear, pull? Maybe just a few weeks off from legs? Any advise is always appreciated!

TAZ will become famous soon enough
Well I agree with Mike because online we would be guessing. I had a similar experience last spring squatting. It was my groin. Big pop and then hit the floor. I was off for 6+ months. Go see a doc.

Did it turn black?

When I tore mine I was unable to walk for a couple days, and my entire leg turned black.

Does it hurt like crazy to sit on the toilet seat?

Get an MRI. Anything else is just speculation. I tore a small tendon in my lat insuration a few months back doing heavy rows and the MRI confirmed it. I had to lay off of back traing for a couple of months and then start back light. It did eventually heal up and I would say it's close to 100% now but I am still babying it just a little.

ok, so it seems to be a level 1 tear as per my doctor. no brusing or black and blue. But it's been 9 days and it hurts like hell to sit on the toilet LOL. I'm getting physical therapy on it one time per week so I guess we'll see. I'm planning on competing in spring and my legs need the most work... this sux
