a/c joint

i have been suffering from an a/c joint injury for the last two years. it has gotten better and worse. every time it gets worse though it really gets worse. the last time i injured it i was submission wrestling and for a good month i felt throbbing pain 24/7. i saw a chiro for a little while 'cause thats all i could afford without insurance, and she got me out of pain, but couldn't fix it. for the last year the only delt work i have been able to do is what i get from my chest and back exercises and it's starting to show bad. when it got really bad about a year and a half ago i had to take 4 months off and i dropped down to 175lbs. i'm back up to 215lbs and everything looks good, but my delts are not as developed as everything else, also my left(injured) side is not really symmetrical(mostly noticeable in the chest). i have just recently been able to start doing front raises and reverse flys at very light weights, but presses and side-lateral raises still cause pain even with no weight. any suggestions on what i can do to work on symmetry and possibly work towards more shoulder function?
