leg day and what i follow every monday. although every other monday i switch the leg extensions with standing hamsting extensions on a box.
squats warm up 185 for 20 225 for 12 275 for 8 for 3 sets 135 for 100 leg press 270 for 15 450 for 12 for 2 sets 630 for 8 for 2 sets leg extensions 70 lbs for 15 negatives for 4 sets then i go home and die hahahahaha |
